With 4 side clips and 2 hanging clips, the Alpha Neck Plus Training Harness allows for linear training both side to side and up and down. Made from upgraded and even more durable high-strength materials, the head harness can be used to perform traditional weighted neck exercises as well as rotational movements utilizing bands.
